Booking
Your booking is only secure once the 30% deposit has been received. By booking a retreat with Tamara Hayllio (Tamara Hayes Elliott) you are accepting these terms and conditions. 

Deposit
All guests are required to pay a 30% deposit to secure their space on the retreat. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment
The balance is due no later than 7 weeks before the day you are due to arrive. If we do not receive your payment, your place may be given to another guest. Payment can be paid by bank transfer to the account specified in your original confirmation email, sent out at the time of booking.

Last minute bookings must be paid "in full" unless otherwise agreed.
If any last-minute discount places are offered, this does not affect the status of any guests who have previously paid the full price, and no discount will then become due to them.

Payment plans are available. These are to be specified and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Travel arrangements
All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. Tamara will not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have planned with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Transfers to/from the retreat are at your own cost unless otherwise specified.

Your health
Please know that you will be participating in the retreat and classes at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to let Tamara know about any injuries or other circumstances that could affect your practice or that you need support with.

No later than 4 weeks prior to the retreat, you agree to fill out and complete the healthcare form and let Tamara know of any mental or physical health conditions before arriving.
Please advise Tamara of any allergies and dietary requirements when booking.

Cancellation Policy - Made by you
We really hope you won’t need to but if you choose to cancel:

12 clear weeks or more before the start date of your retreat, you will receive 100% refund (excluding the deposit)

6 to 12 clear weeks before the start date of your retreat, you will receive 50% refund (excluding the deposit)

6 clear weeks or less before the start of your retreat, 0% refund will be given.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Tamara Hayes Elliott does not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.

Cancellation policy - by us
If the retreat is cancelled or there is a change to the start date, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another retreat (either scheduled or at some future time within the next two years) to be used as credit.

Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by you to us, which will be accommodated promptly, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of the retreat.

Tamara will not be responsible for any extra costs that may be associated with preparing for your retreat, such as and not limited to, travel tickets, loss of work and other costs.

General waiver
You acknowledge that during any retreat withTamara Hayes Elliott you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged, and insofar as is legally permissible, you surrender your right to any cause of action against Tamara Hayes Elliott, their agents, contractors, employees, and directors, arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during a retreat with Tamara up to and including death, howsoever caused.

If you are currently pregnant, or under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must provide a Doctor’s certificate confirming your fitness to travel and take part in the retreat as well as notifying Tamara. Tamara is not medically trained and will not know your full medical history so cannot offer any specific medical advice whilst at the retreat.

Tamara Hayes Elliott will not accept liability for:

Any of the above events or others beyond her control.

Loss, damage, injury or illness whilst you are away on the retreat howsoever caused, or for any travel costs to or from the retreat site.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are always kept safe. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.

Physical, medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after your retreat.

Privacy policy
Tamara does not store or hold any credit / debit card details. All payments are made by bank transfer. Tamara will not share customer details with any 3rd parties. Any personal information that you provide to her will be used only for the service you requested. This information is used only for the administration of the site system and in the compilation of statistics used by her to assess the use of the site.

Tamara will use your mobile number for a potential Whatsapp group that might be created at the start of the yoga holiday to communicate with everyone in the group. You agree to have your mobile number shared with other participants of the yoga group as well as with Tamara. She will not share your contact information with any third-party agencies.

When completing the booking, Tamara will collect the name and telephone number of an emergency contact for you prior to every yoga retreat. Tamara will use this information and contact this person only for emergency reasons. Tamara may disclose this person’s name and telephone number to third parties such as retreat/venue managers if needed in an emergency.

Photo/video - use of image
You hereby grant to Tamara Hayes Elliott the absolute and irrevocable right, and unrestricted permissions to use photographic portraits/images/videos in which you feature that are taken during the retreat to use/republish/copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with Tamara Hayllio. You hereby release and discharge Tamara from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including and without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

By booking any retreat with Tamara Hayllio you agree to be bound by and adhere to all policies and rules.

Tamara Hayes Elliott of Tamara Hayllio cannot make any exceptions to any of this policy.
